Photoshop Error

i installed windows Xp Sp2 and i made it SP3 .. and i downloaded Photoshop CS6 ( The newest version )
When i Try to open Photoshop it Says [ Entry point not found ( The Procedure entry point GetLogicalProcessorInformation could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll ) ]

Photoshop 6 may not be compatible with your PC.

Well you're obviously missing some important files.
Uninstall Photoshop CS6, delete remaining folders of it and then reinstall.

Try reinstalling it like they said and if that doesn't work, google search that .dll file and place it in the photoshop folder with everything. If that doesnt work than i would say its not compatible or the version you have is bad
