i have error like this cud u help me to fix it i reinstald the game a lot of times but it still not working

re-install using safe mode.
Reinstalling with safemode does help. Worked for me ^^

Well is your problem solved yet? 
If that doesn't work, install windows updates, disable AV, do all those good stuff.
