Login System

When I tried to open http://cpanel.yourdomainname.com/ i got a "Bad Request" and it seems a little too much anyway

but i guess i cannot be picky ...

this is what would be nice

Simple form when you open it
Username:
Password:
Checkbox (new account) <-- this opens a new form, and you can register there..


this is like the main thing

and secondly say if i made a account on my PC, and i went on my brothers pc i would like it so i could login with the same as i did on my pc, is this too advanced? im not sure? :P

would anyone be able to do this too like not just stored on my internet? like if someone in china was using it could they do this too.

like all the accounts created stored on 1 big thing, so like wow really, you can login from anywhere

but over time this program would have 100 accounts created around
so not lots

which site credentials, sorry man im new to this

I think just a mysql database would be easier, i don't think he has access to a site where he can do that. If you want to just download mysql(Host a server) and maybe navicat i can help you with the Code and mysql syntax.

ok this sounds alot more simple.... but would anyone be able to do this. I'm from the UK and lets say someone made a account in china would someone be able to access it from france? like wow sort of thing anyone can log into it? ;p if so i would appreciate some help! ;p
