No, General Gaming wouldn't be the correct option, the description says "Discuss your favorite games, games that you are playing, gaming hardware or pretty much anything else gaming related (EXCEPT HACKS)."

The Correct section is:

General Game Hacking - MPGH - MultiPlayer Game Hacking

general gaming is for gaming without hacks this should be in the coding section

if it is not protected, use cheat engine. Plenty of tutorials online...

btw cheat engine look like working only in clientside
