Is there FPS Limiter
im getting a radeon 6770 in one week, and my fps on my old card is 200/250, so if i would add the new graphic card would it stay the same or would it go higher ?

iim using a nvidia 8600gs, with intel i3 2120 and 4gb ram

I think its 500 FPS in CF...

Depends. I'm not really good with graphic cards, but you need to look at the graphic cards specs and compare them.

Ask the likes of @Alen or @Stevenom.

anything above 60 fps u can see the diff with naked eye right?

Yep, mainly in terms of responsiveness and if you ever go stereoscopic 3D it would be awesome to have 120 fps
