Region Problem

Hi! I'm form Bulgaria and i have a huge problem ....I can't create account with my region ip i think it's blocked so if someoane can create me 2 account and PM me with SA i'll be glad

Next time post in help section , and you cant play unless u get an old account before august 2011 , And if u want to create one also u cant play , only Ip changer witch fucks your Ping. @Hero @Scata

Play in your region, not others. It's annoying for everybody when people do this.
