Really his only weakness is kryptonite..
If a suit was developed for him to block the adverse effects, then Batman wouldn't have a chance.
If Bane fucked Batman up, I'm sure Superman wouldn't even have an issue doing so, considering that he's way stronger than Bane..
Batman is pretty resourceful though..and pretty damn smart. It would be a matter of him using those assets to defeat Superman.
Straight up fighting him though, he'd get his ass handed to him in probably less than 3 seconds.
Superman is my choice, even though I do personally enjoy Batman's comics and movies more.
Imo he's a more developed and intricate character in the DC world. That and being a badass, opposed to that do gooder bullshit.

Superman was created to be all-powerful and invincible. Comparing mortal superheros to him is a joke. However purely on a level of awesomeness, general quality of the story & shit: Batman.
I'm 50-50! I like Batman because he has class and does a substantial amount of research in RnD to gain his abilities while superman because of his special abilities.

Strength? Most likely Superman, but not 100%. Batman has gotten a solid hit on Superman before with a kryptonite ring and done a good one in on him, but most likely Superman.

You strip Superman of his suit you get:
Insane super strength
Laser eyes
Breath equivalent to a category 2 hurricane
Flight
