Selfhook v.92 - Key Code in use V1.7?
I get that error when I attempt to use the hack. When I do not load the game with this hack I do not get the error. Does anyone have a suggestion as to how I can fix this?

No it aint , I use it all the time and avast never gives a flying shit about it

Selfhook is not loaded with viruses.
Selfhook is great, its the only one i've found that aimbot works for version 1.7 atleast
Well, first you should turn off xfire or any similar program. Then locate carefully your
iw3.mp file. Then if you're running windows vista then run it as an administrator(you know what i mean right click==>run as an administrator) XD

Well , I guess avast did give a few flags but I ignored it and I run it under SandBox , A free program thats alows you to run a program under it and keep viruses from attacking your computer - Link here if any1 would like to download it Sandboxie - Download Sandboxieⓘ , its free
