One of the main points about CoD is the smooth frame rate on Console. I doubt they're going to drop that to try and get amazing graphics. If they drop the frame rate, watch every single CoD player quit. They're not stupid enough to do that.

That's my point. Obviously you didn't understand me. They can't upgrade the graphics because it would reduce the framerate. Read the post that I quoted.

They either have to pick 60fps or good graphics.

It would be about Customizing. They're using a brand new engine for the next call of duty.

Probably not getting it.

The technology looks like BF3 I am going to check out the multiplayer when it hits stores the guns seems more high tech which will probably make players "rage" we'll see how this turns out.
