Ban Possibility?

Ban Possibility?
So, what happened is I just finished setting up my virtual machine for botting and ran Vindictus using the latest version of SinJect, and VinPub 9.3. After that I logged in my acc (my main, don't ask why, long story). Thankfully, it was already logged in, and hence I was disconnected. Shortly afterwards,the game shut down itself with the hackshield detection dialog popping up.

What I'm asking is if there's a possibility for my account to be banned. It wouldn't be half as bad if I didn't have my weapon forever bound to my char, but that can be easily recovered. I decided to make a thread about it since I believe this case is somewhat special.

Any answer would be highly appreciated.

As long as you didn't run any dungeons, or use the hack in any way, you should be fine.

The detection of a hack itself shouldn't get you banned.

Thanks for the replies. And yes, except for injecting the hack itself onto the game I did not use it in any manner.
