I WONT CALL IT A GLITCH REALLY...... WAS JUST WALKIN OUT MY BASE WHEN SUM1 PUSHED ME INTO THE WALL

there is not enough information in it to to this. make a video or something

i use super jump, double jump and S+W jump all the time but for the life of me i can't work out how to do the Crouch Team Jump. I know this may seem ignorant of me and i have tried searching, but not sure what the glitch is actually called so my search has been of no prevail so far. Can anyone point me in the right direction Thanks+ for help
