How do you make a Warrock Server?

Basically there have been a good 3 servers that have been playable but unreleased to public for whatever reason.

All I need to know is how to change the current server/servers so that I can play on my own. It doesnt matter to me

if there is a server on the way because I know it will probably fail and the people behind it probably are lazy and will not

get it done. So my question is: is there a file already on my computer that I can edit and put sayyy my own IP or server IP on?

You'll first need to obtain the server files and set them up properly, which is the hard part. I've seen a few unfinished projects go around, I've even got my hands on a partially working login/lobby/game server instance but I sincerely doubt you'll find an easy-to-use server for personal use
