iw_07.iwd Crashed

Hey, i got a problem with my MW2.
I just need a clean Intervention/cheytac .iwi files, mine got crashed after i modded the texture the 2342344252 time and i dont want to download the whole game again, i searched in Google and Here but i only find CoD4 files.
I don't know which files are crashed, but i know it happend after i modded the Intervention, so could someone upload only the Cheytac.iwi files?
Thanks
