I cant make a new project in visual studio 2010

Today I've tried to make a hack and when I try to make a memory hack I need to make a new project and when I click on New>project I get this error.

Microsoft Visual c++ 2010 is Busy

you tryed download it somewhere else and reinstal it ?

what window's do you have ?

i use win xp sp3 it's teh best for games
i don't like win7 bk it's asking 2x memori and video on xp i play on full grafic on win7 on minim .....

you downloaded the 64 bit version right ?
