Helphow to use dlls ?

hi can someone give me please a tutorial how to use dlls with directx?
i know i need to make a dllmain with thread to initd3d but i just cant make it work
so maybe someone saw a good tutorial for directx with dll?

there is no shortcut... i suggest you few ebooks:

- Course Beginning CPlusPlus Through Game Programming 3rd Edition
- Premier Press - Beginning Direct3D Game Programming - Second Edition
- Introduction to 3D Game Programming with DirectX 9.0

even you have this, doesn't mean you can code a d3d hook for a game. you still need to have reverse engineer knowledge or learn some easyhook knowledge (EasyHook - The reinvention of Windows API Hooking). btw, asm knowledge is an extra that will help you a lot.
