How do you adjust the fly speed? Also how do you adjust the xray like which minerals are avialable?

Press up arrow key to open the menu, then type "xray add/del blockID". For example, if you want diamond ores to be shown, type "xray add 56". If you want gold ores to be shown, type "xray add 14". If you want to remove the xray, type "xray del blockID".

Can you explain better what are the nocheat bypasses?

NoCheat is a security Plugin, which makes it unavaible the use of hacks, so, NoCheat bypass is something that allows you to use those hacks. (é tipo um anti anti-hack)
