Here's a short-cut summary about it.
Load Library = A Program used to load DLL file's to be attached in debug program's like " ollydbg ".
Olly Debug = Program used to open DLL + Exe files and see how it created in Assembler (C++).

Yeah you need Loadlib to get Addys. Just google it.
