is there any wat to get better ping in eu if im in NA and im useing hotspot shield

All proxies/IP Hiders will give you a terribad ping. That's why you stick with your region supported version...

Registration itself is with the program "hotspot shield" and the first launch of the game. After that, do not necessarily go into the game with the program. Personal experience.
