Nemesis Boosting server broken??

I wanted to boost a couple of days ago and I went into the Nemesis Boosting server and it seems to be broken?? Any idea to what happened? Is there any more boosting servers I can join now?

This implies it takes skill and not time to rank up, this isnt pre CoD 4 FPS days where skill based ranking was used. The last skill based ranking shooter I can think of was halo 3 which was later nerfed because of the CoD 4 wave of casual gamers hitting the servers. Halo 3 had around 12 million people online day 1 percentile around 1-3% had legit rank 50's, with CoDs release how many bads have 10-15th prestige, and how many have maxed out atleast the first ranking? This comes from the philosophy if you pay for the game you deserve to see everything it has, which fundamentally screws ranking, imagine pro sports where every team just got to be champions by being a team.
