1.) I wanted to ask about the coupons system , i have 20 if i spend them will i start again from zero ? or i can claim my Prize and continue from 20.
2.) I need RF073.rez File.

If you claim at 20, 20 coupons go away. If you get something from coupons and not satisfied with it you can return with in 3-5 days.

And yes, if you redeem a weapon for 20 coupons, you will lose 20 coupons. Goes for any weapon or item you buy and for how many coupons it's for.
