Create a new account and then send a support ticket... You need to go to account administration category. From there it'll ask what the ID of the account is, previous transaction ID's, and more.
Go to z8games.com and go to the support section and enter a ticket regarding ur sec answer
Yup, if u spent ZP, find the transaction ID and report it.
