Very nice. As well as I know my computers, I've only built one computer. Though, building a computer - it's true what they say how it completely improves your knowledge revolving around computers and computer parts.

Yeah it does. All of the wiring and how to organize the wires so they won't hit any fans; where the motherboard, power supply, CD drives, RAM cards, and graphic cards go; and how to set everything up and make sure every part works.

I think putting the motherboard in is the most complicated and delicate thing. If you screw a single screw too tight, it could crack it (even the slightest crack could make something not work. I found out the hard way >_> Very slightly cracked it at the edge where the graphics cards and stuff are, and the pc would not read the monitor. It acted like the monitor wasn't plugged in at all.) and you'd have to buy a new one and the damn things are expensive!
Thats why you don't download random crap hehe

I agree. With both of you, but anyways, on to what Mischievous was saying.

I remember when I had no knowledge in viruses, malware, anything revolving computers. I was like 10? I don't even know, and I played CA and all I wanted was hacks. I didn't know what to trust, so I downloaded literally everything that seemed legit. Luckily, nothing happened to my computer, though when my dad finally got an AV on the computer and scanned it the amount of viruses found was: 1,267

I remember this because on that day I actual took great pleasure into learning more about computers. Now, I'm not saying I downloaded 1,267 hacks that were viruses. They were from other things as well, but most were from me and my selfish self.

Holy shit. I do remember being at my grandpa's (I downloaded CA onto his pc too... about 3-4 years ago) and I got my hacks from youtube. Most were actually legit because they were leeched from here, but I got one that made the CD drive keep opening and closing im like SHIIIIT and restarted it and it stopped. I was unaware of the virus it put on the pc, though. xD that's when we got it fixed and I stopped going to youtube for them. :3

Lol yeahhh I do have about 7+ games installed right now and some software. I think it was actually a malicious legit-seeming software thing that I got that gave me this virus. Probably when I was looking for Skyrim (which is one of my 7+ games :3)

Edit: @Psychotic I sent the log cuz the malwarebytes thing didn't get rid of the virus >_>

1 Tip, before you download something do a background check on it, all though when I was like 11-12 and started playing computers, As said above I downloaded almost everything, I found over 27,091 viruses on my old computer haha, but now I'm secure as hell.
Just wipe your PC., who the hell says "ive had a virus for a while". Shouldve removed as soon as you gotten it.

I tried. When I got it, that's when I googled it for a couple of hours trying different "fixes". Then I gave up because it wasn't really harming my pc, and I knew I could do a HD reformat if it ever does. (I have an ext. HD and my win7 installation disk)
MICROSOFT SECURITY ESSENTIALS!
I keep all my important stuff on a backup drive, incase some shit like this happens to me.
