HelpHelp With UI Coding

Every time I make a design for a windows app I finish designing it and I double click the top of the design and it should take me to a like blank page to start coding but when I do it I have a bunch of stuff already their so how can I make it so that theirs just the stuff I need to start coding?

It's not broken, that's how it's supposed to be. The code you see if the code to initialize the program and stuff.
