VIP BASE HELP!!!

I was looking at the VIP BASE posted by mattypatty and i dont know how to use the files in game. I think it has something to do with C++ but im not 100% sure.

If you can, please teach me how to make the dll out of those files, or simply post the link to the dll file. Thank You So Much

your gonna have trouble if you have NO prior programming knowledge....

you need the DirectX SDK (June 2010) to include in the code so you don't get include and D3D Errors of things being undefined...
you need some basic knowledge of code over all so you know how to "read" what your looking at
and you need to remove the GUID check on that base
