DOSrus 2.1 FINAL

That's right, after months of dormancy, I've returned and fixed version 2.1 into the final stages of release.

What it does:
The DOSrus exploits the "shutdown.exe" command in Windows so that you can install it on a user's computer and keep them from accessing their own operating system.

How to remove it if you infect yourself:
Boot up into safe mode, and remove "AUTOEXEC.BAT" from your startup folder under all programs.

Bug fixes:
The comment system has been fixed from the buggy system it used to be. I've re-coded some of this program so that it now is finally a stable release.

not cool dude, ruins lives and that is not funny. Plz remove this before it screws up someone's system and makes them loose thousands. People can not afford to replace computers in an ecenomic recession. Plz remove this.

I suppose I misjudged how people would accept this, or at least I misjudged Mr. Banks. Anyone else who feels like using this or has a use for it, please give me some feedback. I'm looking into programming a GUI interface for 3.0.

I will not remove, or stop developing this exploit.

I don't get it.. Is it safe to run ourself or do we like send it to people? Lol

Okay. The file I posted simply customizes various options that the virus will use. It then outputs a file (C:\custom.cpp) that you must compile into an executable and send to people. That's how it works. I'm working on getting a self-compiling version released.

as for this fucking up computers as i saw some one say, ever heard of safemode?

it shuts down computer and? b/c it says no such like delete windows in teh source lol

If you don't know what it is or don't know what you are doing, don't download it. You will only have yourself to blame once your computer turns the arse on you, nice exploit by the way, tried it earlier.

this is the kind of thing that could make you go mad. i am still a noob so i try to learn everything i can and this was an amazing experience. i managed to complete the program and with the simple how to instructions u left on ur post, infect my self(i had to make sure it worked

I'd like to thank both of the posters above me for their feedback. I've been working on this for a little while now, so I've played around with almost every possible option for fixing the bugs, and finally have. I must say I'm proud of it, the only thing I don't like is that it isn't self-compiling, but it would be a real pain to write something that compiled source, and mingw hasn't successfully compiled this for me...anyway, thank you for testing this exploit.
