I got that almost everyday... just refresh the page and it goes fine 
It might be because you are blocked by a plugin that MPGH has. It blocks people if the load the server a lot (3-4 tabs loading at the same time-ish), but the block doesn't really work. I had the same problem and sometimes i could load the page if i refreshed a couple of times.
Try asking Dave to unblock you. Give him your IP.
