ID restricted

Well this is what happened, try using ProxyCap Vindictus to enter and thus be able to play the Dragons but always use the AOL, opened the Proxycaps enter the game I put my ID and password not accepted I saw that I thought it was the ip did not work, finally tired of being me trying it on the proxy, open the AOL for normal play and I get this message: We `re sorry! This user ID Has Been loggin restricted access in Accordance with Our policies. Take a ticket blah blah blah. and truth not to do I'm worried I do not think are banned, and send the ticket to speech that was a mistake only hope that I revalidated again. you guys think?
