Enable Dev. Console for Singleplayer MW3

I know there is an address thread, I searched for pages and couldn't find anything, it's 5am and I cannot continue searching ...
So what would the address be that I am supposed to change for the most recent version of Modern Warafare 3's singleplayer?
I'm just looking for a very simple straight forward answer, also I am new at memory editing so any extra information would be really helpful.

I don't think there's an address to unlock the Developer Console in Singleplayer
