HelpMouse & Keyboard Issue

Hi,

I have been experiencing a problem that happened a while ago where when I boot up my computer my mouse and keyboard doesn't work, and for your information it's Razer. Basically I have to reboot the whole computer which doesn't take longer than 45 seconds but I just want to know why I even have to go through this process to begin with. Is there a way to fix such problem?

Windows 7 64bit
USB Port 3.0/USB Port 2.0
Razer Imperator
Razer Blackwidow Ultimate

I know Razer tends to have its own (crappy) device drivers, but I think both should work just fine using generic drivers. I would try removing any Razer software and seeing if this occours again - this should indicate whether it's the actual Razer software causing problems. Other than that I would just search general tech forums for similar issues regarding mice and keyboards
