Go to account recovery.
Put a fake email in, so you get to the normal page. (If you get an option that says forgot password, or someone has access, say someone has access to your account)
When the recovery form comes up, where you fill in your recovery questions, click I do not know these questions.
Finish the rest of the application normally.
When they approve your application, you will have no recovery questions.
