What's up guys? I'm pretty new here, but I come from a forum dedicated to much the same thing. I used to do a lot of PSP hacking back in the day, creating codes for games such as Medal of Honor, Coded Arms, Socom FTB / FTB2 and other various games. I'm highly familiar with MIPS and could create my own functions. I made codes such as Zoom Teleport (zoom in on a location and you teleport to it), rapid fire, infinite health, vertical clipping, super jump, low gravity, and the list goes on and on. When it comes to the concepts of programming, I've got all the logic under my belt. I've worked with C++ and created my own GUIs with the WIN32 API and also worked directly with DirectX to create my own 2D shooter game called "Project Pulse." I'm currently a student majoring in software engineering and have taken several programming courses (with a 4.0 GPA I might add ). For some reason though, I never got much into reverse engineering the inner workings of computer games. Now, I'm stuck in a bit of a bind.

I'm confused on whether I should look at x86ASM tutorials or x64ASM tutorials. I'm running Windows 7 x64 and I'm not sure if there's going to be a huge difference between what I see on my machine inside the Cheat Engine memory viewer and what someone on an x86 machine would see. I know there are minor differences (no RAX, RBX on x86), but anything major?
