Well since i PMed somebody to help and he didnt answered...

i will ask everybody ,

Whit witch program can i open any DLL files

i dont want "wierd symbole" so dont tell me to use Word pad.

Will , you can't open a dll to steal the hack codes from it , But you can open it with Notepad : Right click > Openwith... > notepad.
And it only has symbols and strange things.

this dosen't even help me , it's not answering my question well , ill precise , i dont want "wierd symbole" i want the real code and im not asking that ot "Steal code" idgaf about cf hacks...im here for mods...

I think that Dll files turnes to this strange codes once it finished on MS Visual Studio .

No one is going to tell you such a thing. I didn't respond to your PM because it was pointless. Why would you want to see someone's coding?
