Server Maintnence

Attention soldiers,

Combat Arms will be undergoing an unscheduled maintenance on June 28th, 2012, starting at 1:30 PM, PDT. This will last approximately 1.5 hours. During this time, Combat Arms will be unavailable. Thank you for your patience.

Pacific: 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM.
Eastern: 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM.

Combat Arms will be unavailable.

Does anyone know what this will bring? Should users avoid hacking after the maintnence? Just wondering whats going on

You should aviod hacking no matter what, more than 2000 accounts have been banned this week.

If you get banned, your just being stupid. Use Black Light or Byte Cypher to make your dll unique, dont make it obvious and avoid making people report you. Its not that hard to hack without being noticeable. I have used OPK In Fireteam and been fine even though my score was over 400 my teammates were just like holy shit hes awesome.

Yea so have I, I never got kicked from games and i'm pretty sure no one reported me. But they still suspended my account. Nexon is takin this shit seriously now.

They pay there software engineers like $80K a year so I am sure he does a good job.

Doesn't matter i know they cannot enjoy having to ban over 2k accounts lol.

Making your .dll unique means squat; Nexon can, apparantly, tell when you inject a file.

Ehh i dont spend money on these FPS games altho this has me wondering if Nexon is gonna be this persistent with banning people and updating i wonder what coders are gonna stop making CA hacks after awhile.

I know what it means, since many accounts were banned, and I believe a lot were legit, they most likely sent tickets to Nexon regarding there accounts, and they are probably getting all the GMs to review the accounts.

They always have done this, it's easier to ban in groups than to ban individually.

They banned people for "Water Only". This is the main reason, hacking is still safe & always will be for a bit.
