Well @Tranq32 that's really not the best advice, Mobafire is not a decent website to take as a guide.

Try http://solomid.net/ it has it all, from build guides to zoning, to map awareness, even last hitting.
and League of Legends Statistics - lolking.net for streams, stats, statistics and league related topics.

If you play in Eu West, i can also teach you something, not a brilliant player but 1400+ elo, and around 1200 normal wins.

Few tips you could search over the nets:
Map Awareness
Last Hit
Jungling
Know your role and his core items.
I recommend you seeing the streams that LoL offers you and searching the builds on lolpro or solomid.
