I relied on the following tutorial:

If it is a .exe file, it is obviously fake. Use Malwarebytes and run a full scan or quick scan (up to you if you want to remove the deep viruses). Scetch has a Session Stealer that has been posted here like non ame said.
He even posted a comment on his own video saying:

Also, .exe's do NOT work on Mac.
The comments are held for approval so people won't find any suspicious comments. His friends/clone accounts most likely made those comments. Report this video immediately and delete this file as well as scan for viruses with Malwarebytes.
Start > Run > msconfig > Go to startup tab > Deselect any suspicious files that you believe are viruses.
