URGENT HELP!

Im new to hacking and i tried something incredibly stupid.
i ran my lua trainer with cheat engine 6.2 now it has F****d my computer.
ALL of hte icons for any program are replaced with the cheat engine logo AND whenever i click on one, it asks me to select a program to run it with, ALL of them.
CAN anyone plz help me?

do a system restore or download like a .exe association fixer to fix the .exe and so on with each type
