Training partners

Hello guys,i'm looking for some people to train with,i need to improve my skills if i want to be better on CF.
I use hacks but that's not enough,i need skills too and someone to try them.
Anyone?

Overall,but i want to practice the Burst Method,i spray alot and that doesnt works.
