mat dosent work

i start mat, and it loads up normally, then the kingsoft thing comes up for a second then it all shuts down and says mat has stopped working... cant get passed it please help.. i have windows 7 pretty good comp shouldnt be a prob

reinstall it... or run it as administrator

already did it.... -_-
