Well honestly, there is nothing really we can do relating to this.

This is something that you need to dispute with them. Most of the time they won't award you... I've done a lot of them in the past. I've had a lot of those moments where they wouldn't reward you even if you finish the offer.

You're going to have to file a support ticket, they do reply, I'm pretty sure. It may take a day, maybe even less or more.

Other than that, it's completely on you.
