Please help!

when ever u try to download anything it either says find or save. What do i do?

You press save.... Make sure you no where you save the file at though. If you have firefox, most of the time it saves the files in your downloads folder.

ok i saved it hen when i open the file it asks what program i want to open it with? and i dont know what to do.
