Honestly have it be guilty until proven innocent then innocent then proven guilty. Its so blatantly obvious they are abusing the rules to get what they want. Newbie sellers don't know that so they don't screenshot every single sentence. I see people with 2 or more scammer threads and you guys just slap them on the wrist and put them as "blacklist"(you guys changed some rules recently it seems). I rather have the sellers be safe than potential bitch rats.

That's what I am talking about, also there are MMs for every trading or selling, why would you risk your money in an unsecure way?

I never met the guy, but this thread seems a bit pointless. You all can debate and dialog about the various viewpoints, but in the end the decision is to the staff and it is final. Scamming is theft, plain and simple. If he was a scammer then the site is better off without him, and if you are supporting him by suggesting he be allowed back in, then i feel you don't need to be here either.
