Amen to that made, I used to smoke heavily for a month a hold for a month just to lower my tolerance. I actually love working out stoned as shit too, I lost weight like a mother fucker when I used salad as Munchie food, shits awesome!

I need to lower my tolerance now too :l

Just keep yourself from smoking for a week and do a LOT of cardio, you need to burn out the residual THC in your fat cells and flush them out with a LOT of water after the cardio. Then, go smoke the next day. You'll be like "da fuck? That worked??".

and I did just that. Ima be blazed this weekend.
