Just select the color cham that you want and click download+install
Then just go ingame and use them

It's completely automatic, once you click download+install then you're done

Not ingame, but the loader allows you to choose not to have chams by giving you the option to restore your origional file before you start combat arms.

I like satelite chams more. FreeKushh updated her theme and added some new chams.
