IP Ban

I was IP banned months back for my friend scamming and coming over. I was blacklisted too. I am here to try to get un-ip banned. I was ok with the IP ban at first, just using a proxy, but lately it has become more and more difficult to contribute. Recently I have joined the news team, released countless tools for crossfire, and even hacks in the very recent past. With the IP ban on me, I can't upload right. I had to have Hero upload my first hack because I couldn't do it. I would really like to contribute but feel that the IP ban is restricting my capabilities alot. Is there any way I can be un-ip banned and still blacklisted or anything? Is there anything I can do?
