Hi,

Sorry for I didn't reply for 3 days because internet problem.

All Information's about my pc

As I said I have bad fps 20-70 with that graphic card 3gb and my friend have one 2gb his fps 100-130

Try this guide it might help you because i use some of those programs described in that guide and i have a nice fps and im only using a HD2600XT old school graphic card XD

Yeah but some of those programs close unused processes which will help you get more fps

Not sure why you're getting an FPS like that. It could just be regular server lag that is dropping your FPS.

I am using "TuneUp Utilities 2012" But,Its not working because the serial not working.
When I write it and click on its says right and its will restart after restarts says its wrong
I can't fix the problem.

I have AMD Raedon HD 6450 well my friend have AMD Raedon 5450,I have 3059 MB,he have 2803 MB
So lets make it clear he have 100-130 fps,I have 30-70 fps.

VRAM doesn't matter as much as actual processing power. The only time VRAM will come into play is when you have huge ass textures or if you wanna play onb 1440p or even a mutli-1440p/1600p setup. tl;dr get a more powerful gpu and stop believing that VRAM is an indicator of GPU power. Furthermore that's not even real VRAM, it's your RAM being allocated for gpu use. My 1.5GB 480 will rape the living hell out of your gpu, even if it had 10GB of ram allocated.

VRAM = Video RAM
1440p/1600p = huge resolutions found on high-end 27" and 30" screens (2560*1440 / 2560*1600)

Fact is that although your GPU might have a lot of RAM, it's weak. It's like comparing a 20 year old pickup truck has enough space to carry 300 litres and a 5 year old pickup truck with a stronger engine and newer equipment that can carry 200 litres for a task that requires you to carry only 100 litres. Fact is that you'll never need more than 256/512 MB of VRAM for a game like CF, but you might need more processing power. This is where your GPU is at fault, since it's pretty weak. no matter how much VRAM it has. Furthermore I sincerely doubt you've taken the time to optimize your system and gpu settings / game settings for the best performance.
