How Easy can Chams be Detected?
If no one notices, would it be detectable by a combat arms update? if it does will they ban the account im on or ban me by IP?

Rez chams can be patched after every Nexon update, that is why it is suggested that you update your chams after every update. If you continue using chams after they are patched there is a chance that your account can be banned but it is not likely that you will get IP banned.
