What I mean is this:
If you have Windows 7/Vista do this:

Go to Control Panel, click "Hardware and Sound", and under "Devices and Printers" at the far right you'll see "Device Manager" with an admin icon beside it. Click it, it may take some time to load. Double click "Display Adapters". You should see your graphics driver. Right click it, and click "Update Driver Software".
When that's done, it might tell you to re-start your PC. Click "cancel".
Double click some random stuff like "monitors" and if you see a warning triangle beside anything, right click, and click "Update Driver Software". For some things, it will fail to update, but it's alright. Skip it. Unless it's something really important, skip it.

Then finally, re-start your PC.

Once again, nothing can be done with your ping.
You live in India, which is very far away from crossfire servers. It's no surprise if you're getting mismanaged pings.

Dude i totally agree with u,but with the same internet same net speed i was able to ply cf smoothly with 150 - 200 latency and fps around 90.
but after tht noob 4th and 5th july issues i am not able to ply...so its nt about that i am living in a country which is far away from cf servers...

Even if it has been like that before, it doesn't matter. You'll experience problems like this a lot because you live far away.

xD,so can u suggest a good wireless connection for gaming???
It should have been common sense to know that crossfire NA would lag and that you would be getting a high ping.

Stick with a version that is color to your location, CF NA isn't the only version.

Your connection will slightly get better with better internet. Cable Internet is usually the best. Mostly your location is what matters. There's no real program that can help you with tuning your ping. Just getting new internet isn't enough either.

Anyways, answered and closed.
