Hey, I always wanted to be part of the alpha stage and up for an MS private server, so count me in for forum moderator or GM if you're still looking for people!
I've been GM way back when pservers were v55, had a great experience but there were some server managing problems which led us to split. Been forum moderator on and off for some other servers in v63, played v83, and now after more than a year I'm back to playing MS private servers in v111 (:
Anyway, drop me a PM if you're still searching for potential candidates for staff members.

I'll be willing to join when and if my server ends up failing (eventually, it WILL happen). I have a complete v1.14 source+v1.15 (not even worth updating to). So throw me down as whatever you want, but v1.11 isn't really worth anything at this stage.
I Want in I have been a GM For mapleBorii and i would love to be in i can code a little
i would like to join

I would like to be able to join you in the MsPs, i was a Gm,Event hoster and moderator for a few servers due to time differences, i was forum moderator, i helped host before also, but when it comes to coding unfortunately i am dumbfounded by how ppl do it, but i would love to be able to help out in testing if youll let me have a chance
Is this still going ahead? If so I may be interested in joining however it would be under a few conditions.
I absolutely hate GMs with power trips or who spam in game for no reason. If anyone on the team is like that, I'm out.
Secondly I would need to know that it will be stable, both in up time and in life span (meaning I don't want to join something that will be given up on).
Thirdly I'd need to know it's community orientated. That players have input and the GMs listen to them, involve them in the community (That can be done by GM run events and such, rather than server run/timed events)
I mean, really the last server I played had the worst Community Manager, here's how the PM went:
As you can see, they don't have any sense. He continues to spam crap and answer people indirectly, just because he 'can'
I have a lot of problems with how people run private servers. If I knew how, I would have started a server up myself a long time ago, however coding is far beyond me.
Things I can offer?
Community support. - I volunteer in an online game Furcadia and help to run events and such. I also run a 'Newspaper' there that is very community driven and hosts contests and events (I don't think I can link to it here due to rules, however PM me and I'll send it to you.)
I also made the website myself so if you're in need of website/phpBB forums, I can also do that.
Thanks for reading

I just wanted to ask that you not use the server chat so much.
Just within my guild it's causing upset because on our end it looks like spamming and very unprofessional (and to quote)
hate the intern
his just calling out ppl like were little kids
its really not professional at all
We understand you're doing your job, but the best way about it is to message whom ever you need to chat to directly and not server-wide, there have been a lot of complaints and people are even questioning if the server is going to start going downhill.
I have faith that you are a good GM and you're doing your job, but the approach you're taking there isn't seen professional.
Thanks for your time.

As community manager I can't put myself into the back corners of the server, I understand the concern but I hope to be a part of the community any way I can, eventually Ill just be using smegas when I can spawn them, and those can be muted.

But there are ways into becoming a part of the community and that isn't a way about it. Instead it's pushing people away. You're directing things at people and everyone else is like "What the heck is he talking about" since we can't see the other side to the conversation.
To become a part of the community you have to humble yourself to it. People don't like to see what you're able to do that they aren't, they want to see what you can do despite the extra things you can do. -- To clear that up, they need to know that just because you have fancy new 'GM Powers' that they won't be abused, that rational thinking will be applied, when they see messages flying all around the place it feels out of control and gives a feeling of instability.
Instead try to approach the community with something good, exciting. Contests/events.
Server chat should only be used to announce something with general interest of the community, not what you're going to do saturday night after dinner or to answer someone's question indirectly.
