Crossing lava

Just built a very cool (and pretty simple) thing that can be used by adventure map builders, so if you are interested, tell me in a form of a comment. Anyways:
The thing itself is like a test of faith to the mapmaker. You have to jump in the lava and walk through it, and the mapmaker WILL keep you alive.
Just tried it, you will stay alive , whatever you do in the lava
It doesn't require mods.
I'm not posting a picture yet, because I'm still making it simpler.

edit: tried it, yes, the lava won't damage you but this way, it looks scarier and more epic xD

no cause I mean test of faith: ok lemme give you a resist potion: that doesn't work out, and I was curious about doing it without that.
