You can TRY and send them a support ticket, but I highly think that it will not work. Z8 will probably ask you for all your info like user/pass/SQ/e-mail/IGN/IGN of person who scammed you and stuff.
Otherwise, there is no way to recover from it. You just have to make a new account.

Support Ticket is your only way. I believe you have to go to account administration in order to retrieve your account back. You'll need a lot of details though.
